The rugged coast of Maine features some of the most scenic and dramatic lighthouses around the world.  We stumbled upon Prospect Harbor Light when driving along the coast east of Bar Harbor.  It is not one of the destination lights that so many tourists flock to.  I found its obscurity of interest and couldn’t wait to paint it!
