I was lucky enough to see this historic wooden schooner from New York under full-sail in the Great Chesapeake Bay Schooner Race in Annapolis, Maryland.  I was side by side with it when the wind picked up from an approaching storm.  Rays of light were streaking through the stormy sky, the sails filled and all of a sudden the old schooner was full of life and off to the races!  It was a thing of beauty.
